Moravian is a private coeducational liberal arts college that is located in historic Bethlehem, in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. Moravian is composed of a traditional undergraduate program, graduate, professional, and adult completion programs, and Moravian Theological Seminary.

The founding Dean of the School of Behavioral and Community Health at Moravian University will be a leader and builder. The Dean will lead the revitalization and expansion of the Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling program while building new graduate and undergraduate degree programs to support our educational mission and community. The Dean will work closely with internal and external partners to expand and develop academic programs to meet the mental health needs of the regional community. The Dean is a member of the faculty (rank commensurate with experience) who also holds an administrative appointment related to managing a specific program or programs. The Dean will have the opportunity to develop and implement an innovative program that prepares behavioral health professionals to work in multidisciplinary settings.
