The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking a full-time, benefits-eligible, tenured Advance Associate or Full Professor in Psychology whose research focuses on organizational science, defined broadly as the study of structures, behaviors, and dynamics of groups. Areas of particular interest include (but are not limited to) digital/cyberpsychology, cultural dynamics, and social-emotional health processes. For this position, we are seeking an individual to develop a research and curricular concentration in organizational science at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who can collaborate with existing Psychology faculty and whose research interests complement our strengths in cognitive science and social/health psychology (e.g., psychosocial, sociocultural, and neurobiological models of stress, emotion, relationship dynamics, and health).
The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences is presently in a period of expansion and innovation around several new initiatives and programs in Psychology, including behavioral data science, industrial- organizational psychology, positive psychology, and sport psychology. Since Fall 2021, we have added seven new tenured/tenure-track faculty in Psychology.
