The Psychology department at Westmont College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Psychology that will start in August 2025. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in psychology and evidence of scholarship in a recognized specialty area, with priority consideration given to Social Psychology, Cultural Psychology, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, and/or Developmental Psychology.
The Psychology department is highly regarded for its ability to prepare students for meaningful careers and successful postgraduate study. We seek applicants with a serious commitment to high quality undergraduate teaching across various topics in psychology in a Christian liberal arts setting. Candidates must be willing to supervise undergraduate student research and conduct research that collaboratively involves students. It is essential that interested candidates possess the ability to teach, advise, and mentor undergraduate students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $70,540 to $78,847
