The Department of Psychology at Florida State University (FSU) invites applicants for the
Conradi Memorial Eminent Scholar, which is an endowed chair. This position is expected to
be filled at the Full Professor level.
This is an open area search and the committee invites applications from innovative and
visionary psychological scientists and neuroscientists who are committed to the research,
mentoring, and teaching missions of our department. The successful applicant will have a
productive, visible, and well-funded research program and a clear vision for achieving even
greater future success. We are also interested in candidates who will build interdisciplinary
connections within and outside the department. The position is open to candidates using
experimental, theoretical, clinical, or computational approaches to address problems in any
area within the field. This position includes a generous startup package and a named chair or
professorship. Review of applications begins October 15, 2024, and will continue a rolling
basis until the position is filled.
