A postdoctoral position is available in Dr. Mark Wheeler’s lab in the School of Psychology and the Center for Advanced Brain Imaging at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in cognitive neuroscience research topic areas, with an interest in computational analysis of time series data. Potential research topics include, but are not limited to, decision-making about perceptions and memories, healthy aging, and the impact of lifestyle factors such as sleep and physical activity on cognitive abilities. The lab primarily uses fMRI combined with behavioral, physiological, and modeling approaches to investigate these topics. A Ph.D. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field is required.
The start date for this position begins as early as July 2018, with an initial appointment of two years. The position will remain open until filled.
