Job Description

United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs. The Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership (DFBL) anticipates filling at least two full-time faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or other behavioral science fields (e.g., psychology and sociology) where the primary focus of their studies, teaching, and research is leadership in organizations. Ideal candidates should have teaching experience in the respective discipline at the undergraduate level. They should be willing to regularly teach undergraduate courses in one or more of these disciplines and to mentor undergraduate research.
