The University of Oregon’s Department of Psychology invites applications for a tenure-track position for an Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology to begin in fall 2019. Clinical areas of interest include adult psychopathology, developmental psychopathology, neuroimaging, prevention, intervention, and implementation science, or a combination of these areas. Candidates whose research programs focus on cultural factors in mental health, cultural adaptations of interventions, health and mental health disparities in marginalized communities, and/or multicultural contexts are especially encouraged to apply. We seek candidates who integrate clinical work and training with an ongoing program of research and who demonstrate excellence in teaching diverse students at the graduate and undergraduate levels. We particularly welcome applications from scholars who are from populations historically underrepresented in the academy, and/or who have experience working with diverse populations.
