Job Description

Applications are invited for a 12-month Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Tracy Vaillancourt who is located at the University of Ottawa in the beautiful capital of Canada.  The start date for the position is flexible.  Candidates are not expected to teach and remuneration is based on the guidelines provided by the University of Ottawa and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. The fellow will work on the Pathways in ASD study, which is a large N, multi-method, multi-informant longitudinal study examining the developmental pathways in children with ASD. Data collection began age at diagnosis and children are currently being followed into adolescence. Our research team includes psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, speech pathologists, epidemiologists, and statisticians. Requirements include (1) a completed doctoral degree in clinical or developmental psychology, epidemiology, health sciences, or statistics, and (2) demonstrated advanced statistical competence in applied longitudinal data analysis.
