The Indiana University Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences and Liberal Arts Management Program invite applications from candidates deeply committed to innovative undergraduate education in the broad areas of business psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, human factors, and consumer psychology.  We seek candidates who are especially interested in the application of cutting-edge psychological, social, cognitive, neural, and computational science approaches to business settings and related processes, including consumer and organizational behavior, management, and advertising and marketing. Position responsibilities consist primarily of undergraduate teaching, outreach to industry and fostering of internship opportunities, and supervision of undergraduate student participation in consulting activities.  Preference will be given to candidates with a strong teaching record and demonstrated commitment to cutting-edge pedagogical methods, or comparable experience in industry. Minimum qualification is a PhD in I/O psychology, human factors, or a graduate business degree with an emphasis on psychology applications. This will be a full-time, non-tenure track, Lecturer faculty appointment beginning with a 3 year renewable appointment and opportunities for promotion to Senior Lecture, then Teaching Professor.
