This is the first of three anticipated hires that are part of a disciplinary excellence investment with the goal of building on departmental expertise in mental health equity. The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Johns Hopkins University ( http://pbs.jhu.edu ) seeks to hire two individuals for the rank of full-time Junior Lecturer.  The Junior Lecturers will contribute to the department’s educational mission by serving as professional teaching assistants (TA) for courses taught by faculty. The Junior Lecturers will not be responsible for developing or teaching courses on their own but instead will provide support to existing courses. Duties will likely include grading, managing online course materials, assisting with course organization, leading smaller course discussion sections, and supporting student learning in office hours.  The anticipated course load is eight undergraduate courses during the academic year (four per semester).
