The State University of New York, plans to hire 1-2 clinical (teaching) assistant professors to serve instructional needs within the Department of Psychology. The teaching load for this hire will be 4 courses per semester. Area of expertise is open, although we are particularly interested in instructors who are able to teach courses in Statistics and Research Methods. We are seeking applicants with a broad range of pedagogical expertise, including online instruction. Although this is an instructional position, clinical faculty may participate in the active research environment of the department through attendance in department colloquia, affiliation with one or more areas, and mentoring undergraduate research projects. Experience Teaching undergraduate psychology courses. Preferred qualifications include experience mentoring undergraduate students and department service.
