We are seeking a full-time research technician for an NIH-funded R01 project supervised by Drs. Tammy English and Renee Thompson (Co-PIs) and Todd Braver (Co-I) in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. The project (R01AG070139) examines the role of motivation and depressive psychopathology in age-related changes in emotion and emotion regulation across adulthood. It utilizes a multi-method approach that includes neuroimaging, experience sampling, clinical interviews, behavioral measures, and psychophysiological assessment.
This position will expose the individual to a wide array of theories and methods in affective science, neuroscience, and clinical psychology, providing a unique opportunity to develop research skills and engage in professional development with a large, collaborative team.
