The South Dakota Human Services Center , a psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital serving acute, psychiatric rehabilitation, geriatric and adolescent patients, is offering, depending on credentials and experience, a postdoctoral residency in clinical psychology, or subject to SD licensure, a permanent full-time Clinical Psychologist position. This position offers inpatient therapy, assessment, and consultation experience. Post-doctoral residents will receive at least one hour of supervision weekly. Starting salary for a resident is currently $66,000.  Compensation for SD Licensed Psychologist is based on experience. Pittsburg State University seeks a broadly-trained, experimental psychologist, committed to undergraduate teaching for a full-time, tenure-earning assistant professor position in Psychology (http://www.pittstate.edu/psych). This position begins on August 14, 2020, and will include undergraduate teaching and advising in a combined Psychology and Counseling Department. Area of specialization is open, but preference will be given to candidates with teaching interest or experience in human or animal learning . Teaching load will consist primarily of undergraduate courses [such as elementary statistics, research methods, learning at the graduate and undergraduate levels, physiological psychology, and evolutionary psychology], and courses within the candidate’s area of specialization.
