Roanoke College seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in the area of Cognitive Psychology at the Assistant Professor level to begin in August of 2020 (Ph.D. required by start date). The position consists of teaching undergraduate courses (3/3 load with one additional intensive learning course every three years), publishing research, and participating in college service. Applicants must be willing and able to teach several courses in their area (i.e., intro-level, upper-level, and/or applied cognition courses), to teach some core psychology courses (e.g. Intro, Research Methods, History of Psychology), and to contribute to Roanoke’s general education program.
