Postdoctoral position (full-time) in Cognitive Psychology at the Institute for Experimental Psychology, Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, Germany (in the Laboratory of Ute J. Bayen, Ph.D.). The applicant should have a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field (e.g., Cognitive Science) and strong research interests and experience in experimental memory research, especially prospective memory, metamemory, episodic memory, formal models of memory, memory development in children, and/or memory and aging. The relationship of memory (esp. prospective memory) with sleep, emotion, or depression is also of interest. ABD will be considered. OHIO STATE COLLEGE OF MEDICINE POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP The Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research has an opening for a health-related postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of its Director, Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, PhD. Current funded projects include a longitudinal study of couples’ marital behavior and health that includes a focus on aging biomarkers, as well as a longitudinal study addressing the psychological and biological correlates of chronic stress in Alzheimer spousal caregivers and noncaregiving controls. The lab provides an outstanding interdisciplinary training environment with excellent publication opportunities; in addition to ongoing data collection, well over 10 completed studies offer data for secondary analysis.  Postdocs also receive mentoring in grantsmanship and professional development.
