The Psychology Department at the University of Southern Maine is welcoming applications to fill a full-time lecturer position in Psychology with a specialization in Physiological Psychology for Fall 2025, beginning September 2, 2025.  Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence in their discipline to join a team of faculty in a growing department with a vibrant student body and warm community.  In addition to teaching, the faculty member will provide formal academic advising to Psychology majors. The faculty member will design and teach a mix of the following courses: Physiological Psychology, Experimental Methodology, Psychology of Learning, Cognitive Processes and Introduction to Psychology, in addition to other courses in alignment with the candidate’s expertise.
