The Social Neuroscience Lab investigates the foundations of human social behavior and in particular the developmental and hormonal mechanisms underlying social emotions such as empathy and compassion as well as social cognition and prosocial behavior. Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology The College of Science at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology position beginning in August 2023. The position is a one-year appointment. The primary responsibility for this person is to teach in-person undergraduate courses within their area of expertise, with special consideration given to those candidates who have taught research methods and /or statistics.
