The Department of Psychology at the University of Chicago seeks a postdoctoral researcher to design and implement research projects to test the effectiveness of teaching methods that incorporate gesture or spatial highlighting tools for math learning in hearing and deaf children and adults from diverse backgrounds. The goal of this NIA-funded program is to train the next generation of scientists in psychosocial determinants and biological pathways that underlie healthy and unhealthy aging.
