Baylor University Postdoctoral Fellow Background: Our intent is to hire a postdoctoral fellow to work with Dr. Annie Ginty in the Baylor Behavioral Medicine Laboratory ( https://sites.baylor.edu/baylorbehavioralmedicinelab ) to investigate how the brain links psychological experiences, specifically stress, with cognitive, biological and behavioral changes that matter for health. Role of Postdoctoral Fellow: The postdoctoral fellow will play a vital role in assisting with all projects in the Baylor Behavioral Medicine Laboratory, including analyzing and publishing already collected data, developing new studies and overseeing existing studies in the lab, providing support for existing research grants and writing new research grants, and being involved in ongoing community engagement. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1.) a Ph.D. (ABD will be considered), 2.) research experience in one or more of the following areas: health psychology, clinical health psychology, computational neuroscience, psychophysiology, biological psychology, sport and exercise psychology, exercise physiology, or behavioral medicine, 3.) excellent writing skills.
