The Psychology department at Westmont College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Psychology that will start in August 2025. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in psychology and evidence of scholarship in a recognized specialty area, with priority consideration given to Social Psychology, Cultural Psychology, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, and/or Developmental Psychology. The Psychology department is highly regarded for its ability to prepare students for meaningful careers and successful postgraduate study. We seek applicants with a serious commitment to high quality undergraduate teaching across various topics in psychology in a Christian liberal arts setting.
