The full-time postdoctoral fellow will participate in the coordination of a large-scale community-engaged project titled the “ The Northwestern-Evanston Education Research Alliance (NEERA): Designing for Equity and Excellence in Education ”. The project aims to deepen a research-practice partnership promoting racial and socioeconomic equity across schools in a diverse K-12 school district through a variety of coordinated initiatives. These initiatives are developed by a collaborative team of invested researchers and educational practitioners. The Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) at the University of Pittsburgh is accepting applications for two Postdoctoral Fellowships in youth development and learning across multiple ecological contexts with an emphasis on diversity, opportunity, and equity . The initial appointment will be two years with the possibility of renewal for a third year.
