The Department of Psychology at the University of North Texas (UNT) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to join the core faculty of our APA-accredited doctoral (PhD) program in Clinical Psychology, which has been continuously accredited for more than 40 years. This recruitment is part of a broader departmental initiative and investment where several new faculty members are expected to be hired. As a result, the area of specialty is open but successful applicants are expected to have evidence of an active and potentially externally fundable program of research. Candidates with collaborative potential with faculty associated with the department’s other doctoral programs in Behavioral Sciences and/or Counseling Psychology are strongly encouraged to apply.
