Associate Director of Research and Evaluation The Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Community Outreach, Research, and Evaluation (CORE) at Penn State Behrend is seeking an experienced candidate to serve as the full-time Associate Director of Research and Evaluation. Primary responsibilities for this position will include oversight and implementation of activities within the Research and Evaluation arm of CORE, including quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, development of quantitative and qualitative experimental designs, project and database management, extensive grant writing, evaluation report writing, and survey/assessment development. The successful candidate will possess training and experience in both quantitative and qualitative experimental methods, and strong data analysis skills using SPSS (required), MPlus and/or R (preferred), and at least one qualitative analysis program (e.g., NVivo).
