Assistant Professor of Psychology   https://newkensington.psu.edu/ invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in psychology to begin in August 2023 or as negotiated. This is a full-time, 36-week appointment at the rank of assistant professor. The selected candidate will teach courses for our B.A. and B.S. degrees in psychology.   Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related field is required. ABD candidates will be considered if there is a clear completion date before August 1, 2023.   Responsibilities: The candidate will be expected to demonstrate expertise in the field of developmental psychology and interest in teaching child- and adolescent-development courses.
