The research coordinator position will assist with research on smartphone technology usage, prospective memory functioning, and Alzheimer’s disease in Michael Scullin's laboratory at Baylor University.  This position involves a significant amount of patient-facing time for study participant data collection. The research coordinator will also be involved in project organization, community outreach, and data presentation, and will collaborate with clinical scientists at UT Austin Dell Medical School and Baylor Scott & White Healthcare. Postdoctoral Fellow Opening   The Cognition and Affect Regulation Lab , directed by Dr. Jonathan Stange in the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern California (USC), is seeking a neuroimaging-focused postdoctoral fellow to begin in spring or summer 2024 (flexible start date, earlier is possible). This position will be funded by an NIH R01 and offers competitive salary and benefits.   Our lab seeks to identify cognitive and affective processes that are involved in the regulation of negative affect, in an effort to understand vulnerability factors for mood disorders and suicide. This work involves laboratory-based measures of brain activity (using fMRI), autonomic nervous system functioning (electrocardiogram and respiration), and behavior (executive functioning tasks and questionnaires). The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking three full-time, benefits-eligible, non-tenure-track faculty in Psychology (Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor rank) to teach in the digital immersion (online) undergraduate and graduate psychology programs with a start date in August 2024. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Statistics and Research Methods; Cognitive Psychology; Developmental Psychology; Positive Psychology; Sports Psychology; and/or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
