The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Fairfield University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor in Clinical Psychology beginning Fall 2024 pending final budgetary approval. The specialty within clinical psychology is open, but candidates with a background in clinical neuropsychology or clinical forensic psychology are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, and they must demonstrate the potential for developing an active research program that involves undergraduates. The teaching load is three undergraduate courses each semester. Courses taught would include Psychopathology & Clinical Science, Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences or Research Methods, and courses in the candidate’s area of specialization.
