The Psychology Department at Furman University announces a one-year position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor to begin August, 2021, with the potential for renewal. Qualified candidates must be able to teach Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, and an intermediate-level course in their area of training and expertise. Special consideration will be given to candidates who can teach one of our existing intermediate-level courses such as social psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, adulthood and aging, or psychology of gender . One trajectory broadly examines the methods, validity, interpretation, and application of measures of implicit social cognition.
