The Department of Comparative Human Development at the University of Chicago invites applications for an open rank faculty position to start on or after July 1, 2023. We seek a scholar who conducts research on learning and socialization, and/or development in context, including but not limited to, research on racial, ethnic, gender, and/or ability differences in educational processes and outcomes. Candidates whose research takes a life course perspective to explore intersections between multiple and overlapping categories of marginalization will be of particular interest.
