The Department of Psychology at Colby College invites applications for a one-year, full-time position in Behavioral Neuroscience to begin September 1, 2021, with the possibility of successive appointments for up to three years. Teaching responsibilities for this position include introductory and advanced courses in the candidate’s area of training, participation in a team-taught introduction to psychology course, and supervision of student independent research. The post-doctoral scholar will work with Dr. Mary Murphy and her graduate and undergraduate students on new and existing grant-funded projects aimed at understanding the role of identity and group membership in shaping academic, behavioral, and well-being outcomes.
