This is a university-year appointment. Organizational Studies is a small (approximately 100 students) highly selective undergraduate major in the arts and sciences. Although our preference is for a candidate with a micro-organizational focus, we will consider  applicants from all areas relevant to the study of organizations, regardless of disciplinary background.
