The College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Research Scientist IV. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Research Scientist to develop, design, and oversee operations of a successful psychology and human-animal research group, the Organization for Human-Animal Interaction Research and Education (OHAIRE). Specifically, they will oversee the research team and the design, collection, processing, and dissemination of data from a nationwide randomized clinical trial of service dogs for military veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (NIH R01). The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent leadership and research skills. They should also have a high level of organization, professionalism, reliability, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
