The Department of Psychology at St. Mary’s College of Maryland is accepting applications for the position of Lecturer of Psychology (Open Area) , beginning August 2025. Qualifications: Applicants must have a master’s or Ph.D. degree in Psychology or related field (ABD acceptable at the time of application) and be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Teaching responsibilities will include general courses in the psychology major (e.g., Intro to Psychology; Psychological Research, Analysis, and Writing; Scientific Writing and Professional Development), breadth courses in one or more areas of curriculum (biological & sensory processes; community & culture; development & learning; health & counseling; social & cognitive processes), and topics courses in an area of specialization.
