DUKE UNIVERSITY   Pritzker Professor of Public Policy in the Sanford School of Public Policy     The Sanford School of Public Policy and the Duke Center for Child and Family Policy invite applications for the Pritzker Professor of Public Policy. This position will carry tenure at the Sanford School at Duke University at the rank of associate or full professor and is endowed by the J. B. and M. K. Pritzker Family Foundation. We seek a leading scholar in early child development and public policy.   We anticipate that the successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as economics, psychology, public health, public policy, or sociology, with active externally funded projects. The successful candidate will join the Center’s initiative in early childhood policy, with current active programs of research on topics such as the impact of early poverty on life course development, government nutrition subsidies, pre-kindergarten learning, infant home-visiting policies, and early education and childcare.   The Sanford School includes a full-time faculty of almost 70 and offers an undergraduate major, three masters programs, and a Ph.D. program.
