Postdoctoral Position in the Learning Education and Development Lab at Indiana University Dr. Emily Fyfe is currently accepting applications for a postdoctoral position in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University. The postdoctoral position will be funded by a Scholar Award from the James S. McDonnell Foundation. The successful postdoc candidate will be involved in research on the development of children’s early mathematics knowledge, including their patterning skills. This position affords the opportunity (1) to conduct behavioral research with children, (2) to be involved in the vibrant developmental and cognitive science communities at Indiana University, and (3) to engage in a wide variety of professional development. The qualified applicant will have a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., developmental psychology, cognitive science, educational psychology). Preferred applicants will have experience with experimental developmental research and with statistical programming. The start date is flexible, though the position would ideally begin mid-summer or early fall. A two-year commitment is preferred. Starting salary is competitive.
