Sarah Lawrence College invites applications for two half-time or one full time guest faculty position(s) in Psychology starting either at the end of August 2019 or January 2020. We are looking for a dynamic teacher scholar with broad interests who could offer open-level seminars and/or lectures and help students develop research and writing skills in addition to the material of the discipline. We would be especially interested in developmental psychologists and/or behavioral neuroscientists. The successful candidate will teach two to four courses, and will meet biweekly with each student individually to work on a project culminating in an extended final paper. PhD in hand by the time of appointment is preferred, but ABDs with some teaching experience will be considered.
