The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University – Bloomington seeks to fill a faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) to begin August 2019. Applicants for this position should have a doctorate, have a strong record of publication, and show potential for research funding. The applicant should have an established, independent, theoretically rigorous research program in clinical neuroscience using neuroimaging, broadly construed, aimed at informing our knowledge on etiology, assessment, and/or treatment of clinical phenomena and discovering mechanistic explanations for specific cognitive, social, affective, and developmental processes in typical and atypical individuals. The candidate should have expertise in cognitive-, social-, developmental-, affective-, or computational-neuroscience and thoroughly leverage this expertise to understand psychological disorders. Candidates who can contribute to our NIMH-funded T32 translational science training grant and our PCSAS and APA accredited clinical psychology program are especially encouraged to apply.    We are especially interested in researchers whose interests complement existing strengths in cognitive neuroscience, social neuroscience, cognitive science, network science, developmental psychology, and clinical science. Teaching responsibilities will include courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
