The University of Houston-Downtown is an urban university located in the fourth largest city in the U.S., and minutes away from the world-renowned Texas Medical Center. UHD is one of the most ethnically diverse institutions in the nation and serves over 14,000 students from both undergraduate and graduate programs. This position is in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, which houses the Center for Latino Studies, Center for Critical Race Studies, and Center for Public Deliberation among others.
