The Department of Psychology at La Salle University is seeking an Assistant Professor and Director of their APA-accredited Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology.  The position is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track appointment with a secondary administrative appointment and a stipend for leading the Psy.D. program in the summer months.  The position starts August 2021.

 We welcome candidates whose experience in research, teaching, and service has prepared them to contribute to our program’s commitment to building a culturally diverse intellectual community.

 Essential Duties: 

• The Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Psy.D. Program.
• This includes teaching four courses per year.

 Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• The successful candidate must have exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multicultural competence and training is strongly preferred.
• Licensed or license-eligible in PA
