Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Organizational  Psychology Program, to begin August, 2018. The position requires a Ph.D. from an I-O psychology program. An ideal candidate will complement and strengthen the current areas of expertise in the program, with preference for research in test theory, measurement and methodology. Faculty activities include establishing an independent research program, research mentoring, and teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
