This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have a background in evidence-based treatment modalities and are seeking to become more of a specialist in treating OCD, anxiety, and related conditions in a group practice setting. All clinical care is overseen by our Director of Adult Services, Dr. Jason Elias, and our Director of Child and Adolescent Services, Dr. Adam Reid. Through supportive weekly individual and group supervision with Drs. Elias and Reid, you will feel supported as you learn about the art of exposure therapy implementation, including how to integrate interventions like ACT and DBT to enhance outcomes and address comorbidities. Flexibility is a core value of our business; we offer flexible hours, and the ability to tailor your work to your interests (e.g., leading individual therapy vs group therapy vs an IOP treatment team), and to spend some time working from home if desired. Positions are available for both child/adolescent and adult clinicians.

• We have dedicated support staff who handle billing and the collection of payments. Additionally, they perform essential, yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions that comprise the infrastructure needed to allow you to focus on your clinical work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary therapist to a caseload of individual clients or working as a part of an IOP team
• Write treatment plans for clients in current caseload, updating as needed
• Complete all written documentation such as progress notes, group therapy notes, etc. in a timely manner
• Provide Group Therapy within CBTeam School
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team, weekly didactics, staff meetings, and case consultations
• Participating in the supervisory activities related to training of externs/interns
• Collaborate and innovate

Position Requirements:

• Independent licensure; Must be licensed or license-eligible (within 6 months preferred) in Massachusetts
• D. in Clinical Psychology, PsyD, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC
• Knowledge of and previous experience working with clients who suffer from OCD and/or Anxiety Disorders
• Willingness to learn, comfortable modeling living with uncertainty
• Experience providing supervision preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
