CBTeam is a fast-growing team of Behavioral Health Professionals passionate about the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety Disorders, and related comorbidities. This is not your typical group practice. We are all about working hard and playing hard in a team environment where you feel empowered and energized. We are seeking fun, compassionate, motivated, Behavioral Therapists (Ph.D., PsyD, LICSW, LCSW, and LMHC) and trainees (Post-Doctoral students and unlicensed recent graduates) to join our team. Absolutely nothing is more important to us than our clients; we are looking to hire talented like-minded individuals to deliver personalized evidence-based treatments that improve clients’ well-being. Through supportive weekly individual and group supervision with Drs. Elias and Reid, you will feel supported as you learn about the art of exposure therapy implementation, including how to integrate interventions like ACT and DBT to enhance outcomes and address comorbidities. Flexibility is a core value of our business; we offer flexible hours, and the ability to tailor your work to your interests (e.g., leading individual therapy vs group therapy vs an IOP treatment team), and to spend some time working from home if desired. Positions are available for both child/adolescent and adult clinicians.
