The Laboratories of Cognitive Neuroscience, under the direction of Charles A. Nelson, Ph.D., seek one or more highly  qualified postdoctoral scientists with an interest in neurodevelopment and primary expertise in EEG and related (e.g.,  evoked potential) methods. The ideal candidate will also have the analytic/statistical skills to relate EEG data to a wealth  of existing and to-be-collected behavioral data (particularly tasks that capture executive functions).

Eligible postdocs should have training in clinical or developmental psychology or developmental cognitive neuroscience,  ideally with solid experience in neuroscience methods (particularly EEG) and experience with young children. The  postdoc will have the opportunity to engage in various studies, both domestic and international. This could include  supervising and mentoring research coordinators/assistants and undergraduate students, extensive involvement in data  processing and analysis, and correspondingly, involvement in manuscript preparation and grant writing.
