The Department of Psychology at The University of Texas at San Antonio invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions. One position is in health disparities and would include teaching cross-cultural and health disparities. The second position is in brain health and would include teaching cognition, cognitive neuroscience, and/or adult development. For both positions, we are seeking successful researchers who are interested in pursuing collaborative projects with the unique consortium of military and health-related organizations situated in the San Antonio community.  Responsibilities include maintaining a successful research program, graduate and undergraduate-level instruction, and directing doctoral students and securing extramural funding. Required qualifications are a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field by August 15, 2018, potential for extramural funding, and relevant teaching experience.
