The Department of Psychology at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in the area of Cognitive Psychology/Cognitive Science whose research interests focus on higher-level cognition (e.g., attention, conceptual change, language, learning, or reasoning) to begin in August 2025. Candidates who investigate cognitive processes from different perspectives (e.g., aging, computational modeling, developmental, educational, or evolutionary/comparative) are welcome. In their materials, the applicant should address how their research and/or teaching reflect(s) the application of cognitive science principles to current societal challenges.
