The Department of Psychology at Northwestern University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Clinical Psychology, a Clinical Science-oriented program.  We are seeking applicants with a focus on psychopathology and/or psychotherapy and are particularly interested in research programs with focus around adolescent and young adult developmental periods; although, applicants with varied research interests across the lifespan are strongly encouraged to apply.   The role involves primarily research accompanied by teaching and service expectations.  The anticipated start date is September 1, 2027. Candidates must have a PhD or similar terminal degree by the time of appointment.  The position is full time, and progress will be evaluated through a reappointment process occurring mid-way along the tenure clock.
