The Department of Psychology at Wesleyan University seeks candidates for two tenure-track positions in neuroscience. We are searching for two broadly-trained cognitive neuroscientists with research programs focused on any area in cognitive neuroscience. The appointment is for the Assistant Professor level, and scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026. A Ph.D. in Psychology in hand by the time of appointment is required to be hired as an Assistant Professor; a successful candidate may be hired at the instructor level pending completion of the Ph.D. requirements within one year of hire. An ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in psychology (with a specialization in neuroscience) or in neuroscience, and will be qualified for a secondary appointment in Wesleyan’s Neuroscience and Behavior Program.
