Job Title: Assistant Professor of Psychology Department: Psychology Job Description: The  Psychology Department  at  Rhodes College  invites applications for an assistant professor position beginning Fall of 2027. This position contributes to the interdisciplinary  Neuroscience program , with teaching commitments split between Psychology and Neuroscience. Area of specialization within the field of neuroscience is open, although preference will be given to candidates with training in cognitive, clinical, or developmental neuroscience. Teaching responsibilities will be split between psychology and neuroscience and will include five courses/labs per year (labs count as a full teaching involvement) including an upper-level neuroscience course and lab in the applicant’s area of expertise and introductory courses in both psychology and neuroscience. The successful candidate must demonstrate a firm commitment to teaching and research at a liberal arts college. Rhodes...
