For over 45 years, the Mt. Hope Family Center has been a national leader in prevention, intervention, and mental health services for children and families impacted by adversity, trauma, and child maltreatment. The birthplace of Developmental Psychopathology under the oversight of Dante Cicchetti, Mt. Hope Family Center is one of only three NIH-Funded National Centers of Excellence in child maltreatment research and training and is a long-standing member of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). As a member of the senior leadership team, the Clinical Director advances the integration of research, clinical practice, training, and community partnerships in support of the Center's mission.
