The Department of Psychology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, invites applications for a faculty position (Open Rank) in Social Psychology. All substantive themes within the subdiscipline will be considered. The Social area seeks to maintain strengths across core themes (such as, but not limited to: emotion, culture, motivation, social cognition, interpersonal and intergroup relations) but recognizes social psychology as a hub-science making contributions to adjacent areas of academic inquiry and addressing real-world problems.
