Job Description

Nova Southeastern University (NSU) – The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience invites applications for a full-time faculty position in psychology (Position #993565). Applicants will be considered for appointment at a rank commensurate with their experience and research accomplishments. Area of specialization is open, although applicants with expertise in Health Psychology are especially encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in both teaching and research. Responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate psychology program and the M.S. in Experimental Psychology program. Teaching load is contingent upon research productivity.

Candidates are expected to maintain an active program of scholarship, produce peer-reviewed publications, and engage in collaborative research with students and faculty colleagues. Preference will be given to applicants with the potential to secure external grant funding to support their research program.
